How To Turn Around A Troubled Business

It's not uncommon for a business to find itself in trouble even when times are good. How you navigate to get back on course can make the difference between weathering the storm or finding yourself in a sinking ship. Mark Stacey is a veteran business advisor and will share best practices for turning around a troubled business at the August 10th Freelance Austin meeting. From crafting a short-term plan to possibly overhauling your current business model, Stacey will offer guidance to members seeking to turn around and grow their business.

Mark M. Stacey is an executive level management consultant with a broad background in national and international business development, corporate growth, sales and marketing. As president of The Milagro Advisory Group, LLC, Stacey helps companies launch, turn-around, grow, or get unstuck. He is also co-founder of Alcance Media Group, a digital advertising network focused upon the global Hispanic market.

We encourage you to register for Mark's program via the website as space at the Ronald McDonald House is limited.
